Yes you can get a refund upto 24 hours before a class starts. Refunds are subject to 10% cancellation fee of the class price. To request a refund simply go to your dashboard, select the class and press the refund button. If your instructor accepts your request, you will receive a 90% refund directly into the account/card in which you paid from, within 48 hours.

The amount you charge is entirely up to you. However we recommend either £0 or £5 as a minimum.

The instructor is given a personal code that entitles the referred instructor to 20% off any plan. Level1: You will earn 20% of the referees subscription per month. Level 2: When Level 1 refers someone you earn 10% of their subscription. Level 3: When Level 2 refers someone you earn 5%.

Yes you can. You have your own admin dashboard enabling you to email individual or groups or members who have signed up to your classes.

WIthin your admin portal under Transactions you will see your revenue and an estimated profit negating venue costs that you have input.

Payment is made immediately into your account less any payment service charge and booking fee dependant upon your selected plan.

Simply press the member sign up button at the top of the page, enter your details and hey presto you’re a member. It doesn’t cost a penny.

The best way to sell these is via the Shop facility. You can simply create a 1:1 session or package of PT session and allow people to buy. All the payments are handled, but because of the personal nature of the sessions the scheduling will need to be handled outside of HiitnFit.
