Welcome

Welcome to Claire Seager Pilates. I offer small group Pilates classes in Brookwood and Pirbright and one-to-one classes in your home.  I also offer online classes to complement meeting you face to face. My small group classes are at the following times and locations:

Monday 6.30-7.30pm, Brookwood School, Mixed Ability
Monday 7.30-8.30pm, Brookwood School, Mixed Ability
Monday 8.30-9.30pm, Brookwood School, Mixed Ability
Tuesday 9.15-10.00am, Pirbright Village Hall, Beginners
Tuesday 10.15-11.15am, Pirbright Village Hall, Improvers
Friday 9.15-10.00am, Pirbright Church, Improvers
Friday 10.15-11.15am, Pirbright Church, Mixed Ability
Friday 11.30am-12.30pm, Pirbright Church, Beginners

Claire's classes are great; clear and re-assuring instruction. Over time, lower back pain that was hindering me greatly has been much reduced. I feel stronger and more flexible too. It's become an important part of my week.
